Return & Exchange Policy

The following policy applies to purchases made directly through Small Batch Apparel.

Returns

We are happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date for any unworn and unwashed item with tags intact and original packaging included, so long as a receipt/packing slip is provided.  If a receipt/packing slip is not provided we will be happy to issue a merchandise credit for the current retail value of the item.  All returns must be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase date on any unworn and unwashed item with tags intact and original packaging included, so long as a receipt/packing slip is provided.  Availability of the item you wish to replace your original purchase is not guaranteed.  If the item is not available and a receipt/packing slip was provided we will issue a full merchandise credit for the amount on the receipt/packing slip.  It a receipt/packing slip is not provided we will issue a credit for the current retail value of the item.

Instructions

  1. Request a Returns & Exchanges Form, and a pre-addressed approved return label by emailing us at travis@smallbatchapparel.com (type ‘Return & Exchange Request’ in the subject line) or by phone at 502-275-CASH (2274).  Please include the number of how many items are being returned.
  2. Complete Returns & Exchanges Form.
  3. Include your receipt/packing slip and the completed Returns & Exchanges Form along with the item(s).  A USPS Priority Mail shipping box is available at all US Post Office locations.
  4. Affix the provided return label and drop off at any US Post Office location.
